Coffee matching
LEAD.bot’s coffee chat feature is designed to facilitate virtual social interactions, recreating the informal, spontaneous conversations usually found in office settings like coffee breaks or watercooler chats. It’s compatible with platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams, automating the pairing of colleagues for these virtual meet-ups. This feature aims to lower stress, increase camaraderie, and improve overall employee wellbeing and productivity by encouraging regular, informal communication among team members. Admins have the flexibility to customize their interaction schedule, and LEAD.bot takes care of the rest, including automate scheduling with calendar integration, that helps in organizing coffee meet-ups by automatically finding time slots that suit everyone.
Additionally, LEAD also support Customized Matching for Specific Purposes: Admins can now use manual matching through CSV uploads to create tailored interactions, such as pairing users for DEI discussions, coffee lottery matchups, or well-being conversation.
More than that, admins can now measure the quality of their matching program effectively, such as identifying top performers, top teams, and recognizing the top performer with the longest streak. Admins can also export CSV files of users who reported meetings, providing valuable data for analysis.
Soon we will launch participant bio, enabling users to share a bit about themselves with their matches before connecting, creating a more personalized experience.
Watercooler chat
LEAD.bot watercooler chat design offers a unique way to enhance social interaction and teamwork on platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
