Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

We will acknowledge your email within seven business days. We aim to resolve all issues within 14 days of our acknowledgement. We ask that during this time period, you please refrain from disclosing it to a third party.

We’d ask that you please refrain from any of the following involving our services:

• Destroying data
• Interrupting or degrading our service
• DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service)
• Spamming
• Phishing
• Social Engineering LEAD employees or platform users
• Interacting with any account that is not your own
